Colleen is a registered acupuncturist with over 18 years experience as a registered nurse. Professionally, Colleen has always helped people when it comes to their health. She believes the body was made to heal if given the right tools.
Colleen has a passion for helping people get to the root cause of their health issues by doing a thorough intake, providing acupuncture treatments, and offering guidance in lifestyle changes. Acupuncture
Acupuncture is effective in treating:
Pain- injury, arthritis, neuropathy and post hepatic neuralgia or trigeminal neuralgia.

Jules graduated from Robertson College in 2018. She has always had a keen interest in the human body and human anatomy.
Jules is trained thoroughly in the musculoskeletal system, and trained to do an in depth pre treatment assessment to help you receive the care, and treatment you require.
Her favourite area to treat is the upper body - focusing in on the Cervical spine, Thoracic spine, Rotator Cuff, and Pectoral muscles.
She is certified in, and loves to use cupping therapy and myofascial release to aid in her treatments to give greater results to her clients.
Hannah is a graduate of Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy. She is extensively trained in making changes to the way the musculoskeletal system of the body functions, through soft-tissue manipulation with Osteopath-based assessments and treatment. These methods can begin to help relieve years worth of dysfunction, tension, pain and irritation. She takes a special interest in the Upper body, specifically shoulder girdles, the Cervical Spine (Neck), as well as TMJ dysfunctions. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and education with her clients and community in hopes to create more awareness on how Massage Therapy can be an exceptional natural method of care, beyond just relaxation.
Naturopathic Medicine
Dr. Sam is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) working to bridge the gap between conventional and complementary medicine. Sam works to create individualized, comprehensive care plans for patients. Dr. Sam has an interest in hormonal health (men and women), reproductive health, dermatology, energy and sleep, stress management and mental health.
Therapy and Counselling
*Justine McIntosh is a Psychotherapist who graduated from her Masters program In Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She obtained her B.A with a major in Psychology and a minor in Anthropology from Saint Mary’s University.
Justine uses a very client-focused approach while in session. This means that she focuses on the client as a whole and not just a particular problem. Throughout the sessions, Justine regularly uses Narrative therapy and Brief-Solution Focused Therapy.
Justine has a passion for working with clients who are experiencing difficulty with navigating life changes, life identification issues and everyday disorders that may be effecting their lives. Being an athlete her entire life, Justine has a strong interest in working with athletes and all the challenges that may arise within that career.
*Elaine Phillips is an Individual, Marriage and Family Therapist, and has earned her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Winnipeg.
Her prior education includes her Bachelor of Arts in Conflict Resolution Studies, as well as her certificate in Applied Counselling from Red River College.
Elaine works with individuals, families and couples, using an integrated approach to therapy. She has extensive experience working with trauma and understanding the effects of trauma on people’s lives (including patterns in intergenerational trauma). Her clients have ranged from young children to seniors over 80 years old. All ages are welcome!
Elaine has a passion in working with clients who have suffered grief, loss, divorce, navigating life cycle stages, changes and concerns associated with ageing. As a mother to six wonderful children, Elaine has gained a great deal of personal experience with children and young adults. She is passionate about supporting families who may have some concerns with parenting or family conflict.
